You will find four different tracks as part of Morning Ritual.
On track 1, Jonathan Robinson, the creator of these tracks, explains how this guided meditation came about, and how to prepare for it in order to get maximum value. You need only listen to track 1 a single time, yet it is important you do the activities suggested during this track to be fully prepared for track 2 or 3.
On track 2, you will find the actual guided Morning Ritual with special, alpha-entraining musical sounds in the background. Track 3 is the same Morning Ritual, but with alpha-entraining nature sounds in the background.
Listen to track 2 and track 3 at least one time each and find the background sounds that are most enjoyable for you. Once you know which one you like the most, you can continue with that particular track. Or maybe you will love both soundtracks, in which case you can choose which one you’d like to listen to according to your mood of the day.
Finally, track 4 is a bonus track that teaches a unique approach to how to stay motivated long term to achieve your most important goals. Jonathan teaches this powerful motivation method to his corporate clients at places such as Google, Microsoft, and FedEx. About the Tracks from the Creator, Jonathan Robinson
The idea behind Morning Ritual was to create a program that could quickly wake people up, have them enter into a peak state, then focus their energy towards achieving their most important goals. To accomplish this, we use iAwake’s secret sauce of entrainment sounds, along with a special breathing pattern, and imagery that elicits strong positive emotions and motivation.
I’m very excited to be sharing with you the Morning Ritual program. Recently, the importance of having a morning ritual has become a very popular trend. People such as Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, and even Elon Musk have said they start each day in a way that helps them be successful. By guiding you with advanced methods of emotional and physical renewal, you can create for yourself beautiful days and a life filled with meaningful accomplishment.
There are four tracks to the program. The first track is simply an explanation of how to prepare for the main tracks. Track two is the 10-minute ritual with special iAwake® music and sounds in the background of the guided meditation. Track three is the same 10-minute ritual with nature sounds instead of music in the background. Track four is a bonus track in which I discuss an amazing method for staying motivated long term to achieve your goals.
My hope is that you’ll find the Morning Ritual program so quick, powerful, and practical that you’ll use it each and every morning as a great way to supercharge your day. Without a guided experience, it can be hard to do all the methods that can focus and motivate you. However, simply by following my voice and instructions, I am confident you’ll be able to consistently enter peak states of emotion, motivation, and focus. This will be a great way to begin your day.
The Story of the Development of Morning Ritual from the Creator, Jonathan Robinson
I have been fortunate to interview over 100 famous authors, spiritual teachers, and successful business people over the course of my career. In my interviews with folks ranging from the Dalai Lama and Deepak Chopra, to Oprah Winfrey and Tony Robbins, I’ve seen that highly successful people inevitably start their day with some kind of morning ritual. In fact, as I interviewed many successful people, I was surprised to find that there were many similarities in exactly how they structured their morning meditations.
I tried to incorporate their ideas into my own morning ritual, but initially found it hard to do. Then I had the thought to record a guided meditation that would gently lead me through certain methods that helped me start my day in an empowered and peak state. My 10-minute recording really helped make it easy for me to begin my day in a way that made me feel fantastic, motivated, and focused.
Friends of mine began asking me why I was so happy, and I would often mention how I started my day. Eventually, the idea came to me to contact my friends at iAwake® and create a program that would make it easy for others to begin their day in such an empowering way too. My guided meditation, coupled with iAwake’s special sounds was even more effective than my initial recording.
This is a program that is quick, practical, and can be used every day to begin your day. When you start your day in the right way, you are more likely to have a great day. When you have a lot of great days in a row, you transform your life.
