When one of our longtime iAwake customers and beta testers suggested we put together a collection of sleep tracks to amplify their effectiveness, we said, what a great idea!
We knew that some individuals respond better to certain iAwake sleep tracks and others rave about other tracks – and here was a way to give everyone the optimal toolkit, to mix and match as they like.

From the developer, Joseph Kao: As a father of two young children, I know all too well what it’s like to be deprived of sleep for weeks at a time, and how precious a really good night’s sleep can be. As a hypnotherapist, I’ve seen countless people’s lives improve once they overcame the issues they were having with their sleep. From the developer, Nadja Lind: Deep Space is a very calm, repetitive, drone ambient with 1 Hz delta brainwave entrainment, creating a feeling of floating in space and being detached from all forms and things, where no boundaries exist. The music has as few distractions as possible, to not distract your brain if you want to use it for falling asleep, and in case you want to listen to this track in a waking mode while sitting upright, it has little effects and deep, soothing drum sounds that your mind can hold on to like a heartbeat. At around 22 minutes, a gentle bell lets you know it’s time to get back into your body if you want to.
Sleeping Heart
