Bringing On Mindfulness – 10.17.12
In this teleseminar, John Dupuy talks about mindfulness and how it can be brought on by using the Profound Meditation Program.
Some question in this teleseminar include:
- Someone with asthma who experienced respite and relief from asthma since he started using the Profound Meditation Program asked if it was the Profound Meditation Program that caused this.
“You mentioned on last week’s call that you have a PMP meditation regimen that you typically assign to those in recovery who you’re working with. Can you share that with me or the group on the weekly call? It might be helpful because my main focus has been dealing with the shadow elements, but for the grace of God, I’m not addicted to drugs or alcohol.” - “I’ve been meditating with the help of your Profound Meditation Program 3.0 system. I used to regularly practice transcendental meditation many years ago, but somewhere along the line, stopped practicing. I was glad to get back on track with your PMP 3.0 program. I’ve noticed that my body muscles twitch sometimes as I am in deep meditation. Are you familiar with this twitching? I’m assuming it’s a good thing; my body is releasing stress or something.”
- “I started with PMP 2.0 and had some results, then I started with 3.0, but also finding myself disappearing in meditation (i.e. not sleeping, but losing awareness and memory, usually about 20-30 minutes of 1 hour). Also, I don’t feel too internally or strongly with 3.0 as 2.0, so I recently switched back to 2.0 for the primary meditation releasing tracks. Any thoughts on this?” Follow-up question: “Given that I have this open channel and I don’t want to close it; Anna Wise calls it “hyper vigilant delta” – that although learned from necessity as a child, can now be turned into a gift of spiritual access. Is there any risk of closing or limiting that channel with entrainment technology? Any practice that would help deepen the access but release the no-longer-useful vigilance?”
Some announcements in this teleseminar include:
- Reminder for the ongoing contest on Facebook for the five Profound Meditation Program 3.0 – Starter Kits.
