Morality Comes From Belonging – 11.5.14
John introduces Integral Practice via some of the common potential mistakes that can arise by misunderstanding how to apply it. He shares how we have to consciously work on the essential elements of being a fully functioning human being so we can take a broader perspective and stop being only concerned about our own issues and interests. This is best done through the practice of meditation and is especially efficient when assisted with brainwave entrainment technologies.
Some questions in this teleseminar include:
- “Sometimes when working from level to level one might understand and agree with the concepts, values and ideas of the next level, but perhaps is not yet able to embrace them or make them happen. What would you recommend for a case like this?”
- “I have been using the Profound Meditation Program – Starter Kit for 8 weeks and just recently started Profound Meditation Program – Core and purchased the NeuroFlow. I’m trying to better understand how to use these as I find some of the programs to be a bit overwhelming. Will these become easier overtime or are some of the various options that you offer not for everyone?”
- “I’m learning to be sensitive to how much I can take. I am curious what the difference is between the 2 tier levels I have. Would it be good to use both intermittently or start on Tier 2 or 3 if I have been stopping after Tier 1? Are they progressive?”
