Beginner’s Listening Schedule
Getting Started with PMP:
We recommend working up to 1 hour daily, preferably in the morning. The goal is to listen to an hour of PMP Primary Meditation tracks 3 days in a row, then switching to the Releasing tracks for 1 day, then back to the primary Meditation tracks, beginning with Tier 1.

Repeat Sequence.
At some point you may feel the Primary Meditation tracks are not “pushing you” as much as you would like, then you might replace Tier 1 with Tier 2, etc. At this point you might also introduce the Epsilon and Gamma/HyperGamma tracks as replacements to the Primary Meditation tracks 1-2 times weekly.
