I’m feeling a little overwhelmed while playing the Primary Meditation Tracks—what should I do?
If you begin to notice acute overtraining/overwhelm symptoms (for which see the “Signs of Acute Overtraining/Overwhelm” section), begin meditating with the Releasing Meditation Tracks for an hour each day. When you feel a tangible shift in your general sense of well-being, you can resume meditating with the Primary Meditation Tracks.
When you resume, pick whatever track sequence you feel gives you the right level of “push” that is appropriate for you.
