John talks about developmental civilization. He shared that, first of all, you need to have the knowledge of developmental stages. The interior development is very important in these stages and this moves from more simple to more expanding and more inclusive. The other thing that we need to be aware of are states of consciousness which happens moment to moment. He also said that we have to work and acknowledge the shadow, in other words those unconscious parts of ourselves which, for various reasons, we shove into the darkness.
